When placing your order with Calin Bleu Ltd you agree with the following terms and conditions. If you have any questions please contact us.
We accept the following methods of payment:
Credit and debit cards via Paypal when you place your order.
BACS Payment direct to our UK Bank Account
PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NOT SHIP ITEMS UNTIL FUNDS HAVE CLEARED.

We aim to send your order within 24 hours during business days and will keep you updated on the progress of your order via email. Usually any orders received before 3pm on a business day will be dealt with on the same day. Any custom made items or fabric ordered may take a few more days to reach you.
Although the majority of customers receive their order quickly occasionally an order is lost or delayed by the Post Office. Although we are not responsible for delays due to the Post Office we will do our best to investigate the issue and will send you a replacement if necessary. If you think your order has been lost or is damaged please contact us.
All free postage prices include 2nd class P&P within the UK. Other delivery options are available dependent upon location. Please select this option during checkout.
Delivery Outside UK:
Parcels sent abroad are sent via Airmail packets. Delivery to Europe is usually in 3-4 days, the rest of the world 4-7 days. You also have the option of upgrading to include international signed for delivery or Airsure. If you do not upgrade then please note that we cannot track your order and in many cases it can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. If your order does get lost or damaged then we will send a replacement free of charge if you paid for international signed for or Airsure. We do not offer this free replacement service if you choose to order using standard Airmail.
Please note that we are unable to mark your order as 'gift' for customs - Misrepresentation on a Customs Form is mail fraud and a criminal offense.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We are not able to refund any custom made products or fabric cut.
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. If this is not the case, please don't hesitate to contact us. We may be able to help you with fitting your wrap to make it more comfortable.
If you wish to return your items, you must do so within 14 days of receiving them and at your own costs. Items must be returned in as-new condition: unused, unwashed, in their original packaging and with all the instructions. You can choose a refund or an exchange.
Faulty items can be returned for a full exchange or refund.
Refunds for items returned within 7 days of receiving them (“the cooling-off” period) will include the original postage costs.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please contact us before returning your item. When returning your items, please make sure you enclose a copy of your order or the following information:name, address, and telephone number – order number - list of items returned and reason for returning -what you would like us to do (refund/exchange)
We recommend that you use recorded delivery, please contact your Post Office for advice.
No return or exchange on sales outside the European Union.
We are unable to accept returns of any bespoke orders or fabric cut to length. Please make sure that when you order you are certain of the lenghts, widths, colours and embroidery you require.
The Special Delivery upgrade and Gift wrapping options are non-refundable services.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, email address
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
All photos, images and texts on this site are copyrighted and can not be used without the owner's written permission.
Purchasing Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s). Once purchased the value of the Gift Certificate will be added to your own personal Gift Certificate Account. If you have funds in your Gift Certificate Account, you will notice that the amount now shows in the Shopping Cart box, and also provides a link to a page where you can send the Gift Certificate to some one via email.
How to Send Gift Certificates
To send a Gift Certificate you need to go to our Send Gift Certificate Page. You can find the link to this page in the Shopping Cart Box in the right hand column of each page. When you send a Gift Certificate, you need to specify the following: the name of the person you are sending the Gift Certificate to, their email address and the amount you want to send. (Note you don't have to send the full amount that is in your Gift Certificate Account.) A short message which will appear in the email.
If you would like us to send you or them a card with a gift certificate code, please contact us and we will happily do so.
Buying with Gift Certificates
If you have funds in your Gift Certificate Account, you can use those funds to purchase other items in our store. At the checkout stage, an extra box will appear. Enter the amount to apply from the funds in your Gift Certificate Account. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Gift Certificate Account to cover the cost of your purchase. If you have more funds in your Gift Certificate Account than the total cost of your purchase the balance will be left in your Gift Certificate Account for the future.
Redeeming Gift Certificates
If you receive a Gift Certificate by email it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Certificate, along with possibly a short message from them. The email will also contain the Gift Certificate Redemption Code. It is probably a good idea to print out this email for future reference. You can now redeem the Gift Certificate in two ways.
1. By clicking on the link contained within the email for this express purpose. This will take you to the store's Redeem Gift Certificate page. You will then be requested to create an account, before the Gift Certificate is validated and placed in your Gift Certificate Account ready for you to spend it on whatever you want.
2. During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method there will be a box to enter a Redemption Code. Enter the Redemption Code here, and click the Redeem button. The code will be validated and the amount added to your Gift Certificate Account. You can then use the amount to purchase any item from our store.
