1. Start from the basic tying position. Make sure the fabric is well spread out on your back and over your shoulders, that it is not twisted. |
2. Loosen the belt slightly. Fold the fabric in half and open it to form like a hammock / pouch. |
3. Place the baby in the hammock. |
4. The baby is basically in the same position as she would be if you were holding her to breastfeed without the wrap. Her body is accross your bust, her legs to your side (depending on how old she is), her head at the level of your breast. |
5. Now bring the fabric on your left shoulder diagonally over then under the baby and behind your waist. You can tuck the fabric in your belt while you work the other side. The fabric can go slightly over her head for privacy. |
6. Do the same thing with the right end of the fabric. The fabric cross holds the baby close to you. Bring the two ends behind your back and tie. And you're ready: hand free breastfeeding. Keep an eye on the baby, making sure she is well latched on and can breathe unobstructed. |

Top tips:• Be sure the wrap is secured with a double knot and you're ready to go! | |
