Amethyst cotton gauze wrap
Amethyst is a firm favourite and in the top 3 best selling colours. We love it. It sits somewhre between pink and purple and looks so good on dads as well as mums.
To look after it you just need to wash it on a normal 30 or 40 degree cycle. Put it in with other pink/red/purple things and then dry it on the line. It takes vey little time to dry and when you've washed it and used it a few times it really starts to soften up nicely.
If you're sharing your wrap with a partner or other caregiver then think about the right sizing for both of you. A wrap size 6 is a Medium which is 4.6m long and suits most people for most carries unless you're very tall or over UK dress size size 16. In that case opt for a wrap size 7, i.e. Long and 5.2m.
Whichever length you choose the width of the wrap is the same. When it's stretched out long you'll see that it is actually in the shape of a parallelogram. The ends of the wrap are cut on the diagonal so that when you are tying the wrap the knots are less bulky whcih is more comfortable to wear as well as being easier to tye.
The cotton gauze fabric we use is incredibly lightweight yet strong so it feels very light to wear. Perfect in the summer! Like all natural cotton it's breathable so when you and your baby do get hot your skin won't get too clammy. Both you and your baby will be able to keep cool and stay comfortable when you're carrying him or her.
The wrap will spread his or her weight evenly over your back and shoulders when you're carrying him/her. You might be surprised at how long you can carry your baby for without getting sore muscles. As your baby gets heavier your muscles get stronger and more used to carrying him or her too so you can carry your baby or toddler for longer if you want to.
All Calin Bleu wraps are made in the UK and are safety tested and comply with the BS EN 13209-2:2005 which is the baby carrier safety standard for the UK and Europe.
Follow the instructions that come with it to carry your baby or toddler on the front, hip or back from 3.5kg to 15kg or 7lbs to 33lbs. That's about the weight of a newborn to a 2 or 3 year old.

Easy to use, gorgeous colour and most importantly comfortable for me & my baby. Perfect for achieving free hands to shop with, drink coffee with or, in my case, hold my other children's hands.
I definitely recommend this product.

This was my first wrap as i have used a structured carrier before and now i'm a convert. It's very easy now after I had a few practices with a pillow and my mother helped me get the confidence i needed being there initially. It takes no time and as i'm rushing around all the time with two little boys as well, i need every second i can get!
I loved the colour and it's still very bright after all the washes.
Well done Calinbleu, it's excellent value and excellent quality.
